We handle monthly close, QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup, and financial reporting — accurate, on time, and easy to understand.

QuickBooks Certified. Onboarding is simple and mostly handled over email — no need for ongoing meetings but you can always give me a call.

Alongside contractor and small-business work, Larkwell is actively building fund accounting expertise for nonprofit organizations — restricted fund tracking, functional expense reporting, and QuickBooks Online implementation for mission-driven groups.

Pricing

Flat monthly pricing based on the complexity of your books — no surprises, no hourly guesswork.

  • Starter $300–$400/mo

    Solo contractor or freelancer — 1 bank account, under 50 transactions/month, no payroll

  • Standard $450–$650/mo

    Small business or contractor with a few employees, 1099 subcontractors, 50–150 transactions/month, 1099-NEC filing

  • Growth $700–$950+/mo

    Multiple accounts, payroll, job-costing needs, 150+ transactions/month

Cleanup & Onboarding

If your books need catching up before we start monthly service, that's billed separately as a one-time flat fee — typically $500–$1,500 depending on how far behind things are. This keeps your ongoing monthly rate predictable from day one.

Nonprofit Fund Accounting

Restricted fund tracking, functional expense reporting, and QuickBooks Online implementation for mission-driven organizations — pricing scoped individually based on fund complexity and reporting needs.

Will Escudero

Will founded Larkwell after five years spent building one of the highest-grossing Avis Budget locations in metro Atlanta.

Will's mission with Larkwell: Serve and Empower small business owners and nonprofit leaders by taking over the burdens of receipt wrangling, bookkeeping, and financial tracking.

Known for his approachability and patience, Will is always eager to work directly with new clients to give them the clarity and freedom to step away from spreadsheets and focus 100% of their energy on running and growing their businesses.

In his spare time, Will enjoys being outside, playing the drums, and making tie dyed clothing with his girlfriend.
